Home Building on Alberta Soils course is a mandatory membership requirement for all Builder Members of the Program. The purpose of this course is to educate builders on the two most prevalent issues that contribute to structural failures in Alberta homebuilding: soil and moisture. You may have seen the big countdown clock on the home page of the Program’s Builder Member website that is counting down to the deadline for completion of this course This means each organization must have at least one appropriate site staff member certified in the course by October 31, 2011. Congratulations to those who have completed this course. We appreciate your attention to this very important requirement.
